Artist Statement
My inspiration for my artwork comes from the tattoo style, mostly realism such as grey wash is my favorite overall but I like to explore all styles. When I started to study graphic design my junior year I always wondered what it would be like to bring the world of tattoo design and the world of graphic design together. I love to be able to do complex, highly detailed designs as well as simple designs. My inspirations when it comes to art include works from Ryan Ashley and Ed Hardy which are both famous tattoo artists.
Within my art I like to represent stories, legends, cultures, and unique holidays such as Dia De Los Muertos which is my favorite. Throughout my portfolio I like to keep everything different from each other to show diversity within my pieces to keep viewers interested within my work and unexpecting when looking through out my portfolio.
In the end, my artwork represents who I Am as a artist and allows me to visually explain my imagination to others.
